Every kid deserves an adult who will come through for them when they need it most.

At Tacoma Area Youth for Christ, we believe every kid deserves to be met where they’re at with a second chance and hope for the future. Every kid deserves to know they matter. They deserve an opportunity to hear about the life-changing love of Jesus Christ.

By joining this initiative, you become a vital force in serving the youth of Tacoma. Your support through giving, prayer, and volunteering is the key to reaching every kid in Pierce County with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

To kick off this coalition, our year-end goal is for partners to join in raising $150,000 in special gifts. Your partnership will provide personal support to young people in our community.

Will you join us? There are three ways you can jump in and make a difference right now

Join the Every Kid Coalition through monthly sustaining sponsorship of a young person through genuine personal relationships sharing the love of Jesus.

$60 supports ministry to one young person for an entire month.

Partner for as little as $20/month to provide ministry support to a kid right now or join with 3 others to support the ministry to a young person for an entire month.
$720 supports the ministry to a young person for an entire year.
$5,000 supports 7 kids for an entire year.
$10,000 and supports ministry 14 young people for a year.

Join the Every Kid Coalition to pray regularly for youth and Tacoma YFC ministry.

Wide spread prayer is essential to effectively reaching the young people of Pierce County. We deliberately engage lots of Christians to intercede on behalf of the ministry and would be honored to have you on the team.

Join the Every Kid Coalition as a Volunteer Ministry Partner.

Volunteers are the heartbeat of our ministry. There are several ways you can jump in and serve.

MINISTRY LEADER:

Serve directly with young people through a mentorship program, at Campus Life Club, within Remann Hall, walking alongside a teen parent, and more.

MINISTRY SUPPORT:

Support direct ministry through providing snacks, supplies, serving meals, etc.

BEHIND THE SCENES:

Help through admin support, events, storage, photography, IT support, and so on. The opportunities are endless!

We are a movement on a mission.

One-third of young people report having no trusted adult in their lives. Over 50% of youth are not connected to a church. In America, we’re locking up more kids per capita than any other developed nation in the world.

We’re addressing the challenges of young people today by building bridges between the Church, organizations, businesses, families, and individuals to bring the hope of Jesus to local youth.

These strategic partnerships, laser-focused on reaching young people through relational ministry models, will impact areas like the Lincoln District and South End of Tacoma, University Place, Orting, and beyond, addressing the needs of local youth.

The Every Kid Coalition goes where most others won’t: into Remann Hall and the juvenile justice system to minister to kids, onto campuses with middle and high school students, and with teen parents who often don’t have any other support.

We are a movement on a mission to see that every kid in Pierce County has access to a genuine relationship with someone who shows and shares a God who loves them and deeply desires a relationship with them.

Because every kid deserves Jesus.
